SPORTSMANSHIP;
COURTESY AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP ARE EXPECTED OF EACH COACH, PARENT AND PLAYER. UNSPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT MAY RESULT IN YOUR TEAM BEING SUSPENDED FROM PLAYING AT OUR FACILITY.
HPVBA MAIN ENTRANCE IS TO THE WEST OF THE BUILSING AND IT IS CLEARLY MARKED. AT YOUR ARRIVAL TO OUR FACILITY, YOUR TEAM MUST USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR TO ENTER THE BUILDING IN THE MORNING AS WE HANDOUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLUBS AT THAT DOOR.
THERE ARE MANY “EMERGENGY EXIT” DOORS AROUND THE BUILDING AND ALL OF THESE DOORS WILL BE USED TO ENTER OR TO LEAVE THE BUILDING AFTER 10:00 AM. AS THESE ARE EMERGENCY EXITS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM TO ENTER THE BUILDING BEFORE 10:00AM. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR OR HALLWAY AT ANY TIME.
NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
1. There will be a mandatory meeting before the beginning of each event. This meeting is for coaches and club directors to discuss various topics. Teams traveling from greater distances and scheduled for the second or third match of the pools will received a copy of these rules and will be oriented by HPVBA personnel.
2. HPVBA will supply sitting areas for players and parents on each court. Chairs will be allowed as long as they are placed on the areas provided by HPVBA.
3. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE benches, tables or chairs unless authorize by HPVBA personnel or event’s officials.
4. Parents, players, visitors or any other person non-related to the match or competition will be ask to remove themselves form the court area until their time to play is due. Only people or personnel related to each match will be allowed on the courts and designated spectator’s areas. HPVBA wants to give the opportunity to others parents or relative to watch the athletes playing to enjoy the events.
Please be sensitive to others and they will be with you.
5. HPVBA has invested in the best flooring technology to benefit our athletes, because of that we will allow ONLY WATER IN THE PLAYING AREAS. NO BAGS, CHAIRS OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN VOLLEYBALLS OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN TH PLAYING AREA. ONLY WATER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PLAYING AREAS. Your team MUST clean the benches from any object after their matches are over (Water bottles, bags, equipments).
NO FOOD, OR DRINKS (SNACKS, CANDY BARS,COFFE, JUICE,SODAS…) WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREAS. YOU WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE THE FACILITY. KEEP ALL FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED AREA. HPVBA WILL PROVIDE YOUR TEAM AND MEMBERS A CAMPING AREA THAT IT IS LABELED AND ASSIGNED TO YOUR TEAMS AND MEMBERS IN ADVANCED.
YOU MUST LEAVE THE AREA CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING. PLEASE BE SURE YOU OCCUPY YOUR DESIGNATED AREA AS HPVBA WILL HOLD YOUR PROGRAM IN CHARGE OF THAT SPACE.
6. HPVBA offers a variety of healthy food and drinks for your convenience. There are many stores and restaurants within a walking distance from our building. Coolers, bags or any other container to bring in food will be banned from the building. HPVBA is trying to keep the cost of waste management low to utilize these funds to serve you better. As 80% of the waste is plastic bottles, recycling is adviced. We would like to thank you for your cooperation.
7. HPVBA will assign you a labeled camping area in which you will drop all your bags and other equipments for the day. NO BAGS, CHAIRS OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN VOLLEYBALLS OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE ALLOWED IN TH PLAYING AREA. ONLY WATER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PLAYING AREAS. Your MUST team clean the benches from any object after their matches are over (Water bottles, bags, equipments). PLEASE ASK FOR YOUR DESIGNATED AREA AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE OR AT THE DIRECTORS AND COACHES MEETING.
8. HPVBA values and respects our referees and staff. Therefore we offer a reserved parking area, and resting space clearly marked with signs for AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY. PLEASE keep your coaches, players or other personnel away from this areas and their parking. YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE IF YOU PARK IN THESE AREAS.
9. ONLY SNEAKERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PLAYING AREAS (RED COURTS). ANYTHING OTHER THAN SNEAKERS PLEASE KEEP IT ON THE BLUE HALLWAYS OR AROUND THE COURTS.
10. There are GARBAGE CANS near each court AND CAMPING AREAS, Please help us keep OUR facilities CLEAN. Coaches will be instructed to clean the benches area after each match.
PLEASE DO NOY USE THE RECYCLING CANS TO DEPOSIT GARBAGE.
11. HPVBA is building a cutting edge facility to serve you better, in the meantime, we appreciate your cooperation and use the bathrooms located right across the building by the camping area on the left side under the “EXIT” sign or the port a-johns outside the building by the main parking. Please remember to use the garbage cans and don't flush papers in the toilets.
12. HPVBA provides a 480 parking spots area at its main location and we have arrange the use of parking spots with our neighbors. PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK OUR STAFF IF THE PARKING SPOT YOU TOOK IS APPROVED BY HPVBA. HPVBA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR ACCIDENTS NEITHER AT OUR PARKING NOR AT THESE LOCATIONS. IF YOU PARK IN THE WRONG PARKING, YOU COULD BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
HPVBA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADMIT OR DENY ENTRANCE TO ANYONE IN OUR FACILITIES. TO AVOID AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT, FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE RULES OR YOUR TEAM, PROGRAM, A/O YOUR SELF WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY AND FINED $50.00 - $100.00. YOUR TEAM, CLUB OR YOURSELF WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE FACILTITY UNTIL THE FINE HAVE BEEN PAID AND A SIGNED LETTER FROM THE CLUB DIRECTOR PRESENTING A SOLUTION FOR FUTURE INSIDENTS IS RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICES.
